Very quick and helpful.

I have bad sinus infections several times throughout the year unfortunately I do not have health insurance. With MeMD I'm able to be screened diagnosed and a prescription from bedroom for a little more than my copay when I had health insurance.

I used MeMD recently when I had the flu. After 24 hours with a fever, I was in no mood or condition to venture out and sit in an urgent care to be seen. The sign-up process was quick and easy and my provider was caring and asked all the necessary questions. The Rx was sent over immediately to my pharmacy and I was able to get the medication within an hour.

The only complaint of mine is that it took 3 hours for a doctor to call me. It was during the middle of the night so I stayed awake from 2:30 - 5:30 waiting for a callback.

Previously my experience has been pretty good - expedient and convenient care for non-urgent/non-serious medical issues. This time the provider was a bit defensive in response to a totally benign question and when I went to pick the medication up at CVS about 6 hours later, it had not been called in. Really frustrating.

The patient history taken was thorough and the dr’s questions allowed me to express my concerns completely. Sending my prescription to my local pharmacy of choice made this a completely positive experience.

Used the service to get a refill on my meds while looking for a new doctor, was fast friendly and easy to use. No issues and prescription was ready within the hour. Would definitely recommend. :)

My first experience with MeMD was wonderful. I requested an appointment through the MeMD app and Dr. Patel promptly contacted me on a Saturday afternoon. Dr. Patel thoughtfully listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I will gladly recommend your service to my friends and family!
