Thank you for sharing your SOCi experience! It's wonderful to hear that our product has provided you with the tools to further build your connection with your residents.
Would love to see more suggestions for effective tags or content. Sometimes the tagging feature has some trouble finding the facebook page I intend to tag. But otherwise it's a great platform, clear reporting analytics and scheduling out posts is quite easy.
