I can’t say enough about these guys. I recently ordered some blank DVD’s to be printed for an event my organization is doing. I received the DVD’s Fast! I put the first DVD in to burn and...OMG I ordered CD’s by mistake. In a panic I called the service department and they confirmed I ordered CD”s but to my surprise they fixed my mistake and eminent disaster to our event, and reshipped the right product to me at no charge!! And made sure I would receive the new DVD’s in time to get them ready. You just don’t see this kind of service very often, putting the customer before them self’s. I will be using these guys again!!!

I ordered some cd's. I was very happy with the product, but they were not ready when they were supposed to be. When I inquired about when they would be ready, no one got back to me. When I finally got the cd's, though, I was very happy with how they turned out.
