Good work this time, as in previous order, but an unexplained delay in completion. Well done, however.

The product looks great! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, although communication and follow up could use some work. It took 3-4x longer to get the order completed than I expected.

Our order was delivered on time, looking and sounding exactly as we wanted. A Great job done!!

Response time to my inquiry regarding the custom discs we wanted to order was immediate.
