fast! took only 15 min between booking the appt. and the call from the Dr.! She was very helpful and renewed my prescription. Very good service!

I love that there is more than one way to get in touch with MDLIVE. Service was great from start to finish. The only draw back was waiting several hours to speak with a physician however, it was better than waiting for several hours in a walk in clinic or hospital ER.

Dr was able to get me the prescription I needed. He was professional, understanding and I appreciated not having to go into the office.

This was the best service I have ever received from a telehealth provider. My call was answered promptly, the Doctor who I spoke with showed genuine care and asked good questions during the interview, and my medication was sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. Overall 10 out of 10 points across the board!

It is so easy to use and the care I got was excellent. Really fast also and from the comfort of my own home. Can't get better than that.
