Using MDLIVE was fast and efficient. The Dr. even sent a prescription to my local pharmacy and it was only $5.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called in twice to mdlive about the same issue. I had and ear infection that both Drs. Said was a cold and would not give me antibiotics because they said it was a virus. She said to wait it out for 10 days even though I had a fever. I did not wait seven days I went to urgent Care and the real doctor there gave me antibiotics for my bacterial infection. These people are not doctors and don't help even if you call twice not getting better about the same issue.

This is my 2nd time using them it is through my BX of Texas insurance and it is free they are so good. I got a call back within 5 minutes of my signing in. I am so blessed God is so good me to and have such good insurance and Dr. Lim is so kind thank you...
