The website was a bit confusing for a first-time user, but everything after that was great! I loved the real-time clock of expected wait time, my actual wait time was a bit longer than estimated, but I assume that’s only because of the COVID-19 crisis happening, so no harm done there. My Dr. was very friendly and thorough. He seemed to really care about getting the correct diagnosis and helping me feel better as quickly as possible.

The doctor was very helpful and a doctor that care about you . .she not going to be there after May I'm sorry to hear that I have to find out where she going to see if I can still be her patient ...the people who answer the phone also great people

I had called to ask for something topically for my poison oak that felt like a deep burn with increasing redness of skin 2 days later after starting Prednisone. The call was with Dr. J Carter . I feel he did not read description of my physical issue before my call , when he ask me questions he cut me short not allowing me to explain, he’s uncaring attitude of “ Just don’t put anything on the skin areas & see if that works “ & “ You look like a Freak “ was NOT WHAT I needed to hear . Please listen to the recorded conversation & you may call me at anytime to discuss this. I hope I never have to call again but if I do he would be the last choice . PA J Hedges was very professional in every way he gets a #10 .

Waited online forever and selected a call back. Never received a call back. Also, had a previous consultation with a dr who said to call her if I had questions and I have no way to call her. Poor setup.

Great experience. Call back was a little later than expected but my appointment was during the covid-19 crisis. Doctor was great
