It was very convenient. I’m an essential work and I work 6 days a week so getting to the doctor office is very difficult. It took some time to register but once that was done I talked to a doctor within 15 minutes.

First time using telemedicine and I loved the ease and convenience of it! The doctor I spoke with was able to review my symptoms, discuss home care instructions, send me further information to my email and send a prescription to my preferred pharmacy, all within a 3 minute phone call. If need be I will definitely be using MDLive again.

Trying to add a dependant on the account is imposible with the poor interface. Sent email to no avail. Waiting time for this basic admin task, one hour. Other than that, doctors are really caring, if you can get through the nightmarish admin.

Process was very easy and efficient. Doctor was was pleasant, detailed and responsive to our questions and concerns. Able to diagnose and call in meds in less than 45 minutes at 8pm in the evening.
