Had an ear infection. Called MDLive and within 5 min was speaking with a Dr and had a prescription at the pharmacy. This is so much better than having to travel to town and sit in the office for 30 min to see the doctor.

The doctor assigned was very informative. She went over and beyond. Best experience I have had with a doctor in a long time.

Mdlive in s a joke. You got staff who answer phones diagnosing your problem before you even speak to a doctor. By the time you do speak to doctor, they are most rude. I happen to log in on the advice of a 24/7 nurse I spoke to. I won't do it again. I'll continue with the regular course of action to go see a doctor. This website should shut down. These people who wrote good reviews must really not have a problem. And if you do have a medical problem, go see your primary care doctor and get the proper referral.
