Great service, very convenient. I would definitely use them again since it is such a waste of time to go to the doctors office. Keep in mind, the service is probably best for simple issues as in, medicine refills or you’re just not sure about something.

While the "visit" resulted in the anticipated outcome there was never an actual Video connection. That was the only disappointment.

Scheduling and completing the call was simple and easy. Wait time from scheduling to talking to doctor was less than 10 mins. Would definitely recommend.

Needed rx refills as I'm between doctors. They helped me through uploading pics of rx bottles as I'm not tech savy. The dr. Call back was very quick and every one was very nice. I would definitely recommend using this service.
