First time user. Very easy and convince is great..only wish they would email a copy of notes and or slips from the appointment. I do not have my chart and needed to refer back to it and couldn't find it again.

This was the first time I used the video visit. I loved it! You answer a few questions as you would for an office visit. It took a total of 5 minutes. It took care of my minor issue. I will use it again.
