The installation of our new engineered hardwood floors went really fast once the material arrived on site. The crew showed up right at 7 AM every day ready to work, which was great service for us. We asked them to save a small piece of the old subfloor for sentimental reasons, and they handled that small request without any issue. The whole floor looks seamless, truly great results from the entire team.

After some unexpected water damage from a burst pipe, we called Mayan for the recovery and subsequent interior remodel. Their immediate evaluation of the damage was absolutely key to filing our complex insurance claim correctly and quickly. The team worked diligently to mitigate mold and restore the affected areas of the house. I was highly impressed with their speed and the careful treatment of our home during a stressful, time-sensitive period.

Hands down one of the most friendly and easy company I had the pleasure of doing business with. The owner is a great guy to do business with. I can say without a doubt I will be a life time fan and customer. The crew that came with him were all so professional and respectful and did the job in a very efficient way. I would tell anyone to use this company for any roofing or construction needs.

From day one, the team at Mayan Builders made us feel like our project was their top priority. They took our ideas and brought them to life, creating a cohesive, modern design that flows beautifully through our home. We especially loved the 3D renderings they provided, which helped us visualize the finished space. The craftsmanship and materials used were top-notch. Thank you for giving us a dream home!
