The project foreman did a great job managing the site safety, which was important since we were living in the house during the renovation. Every member of the crew showed up on time and maintained a consistently high level of professionalism.

We were nervous about the permitting process for our new ADU. The Mayan Builders team handled all the paperwork and city inspections from start to finish, turning a potentially complex transaction into a hassle-free experience for us.

The specialized crown molding installation we requested in the master bedroom was executed beautifully. It was a small detail, but the precision and quality of the finished carpentry treatment really elevated the overall results.

We appreciated how the team took charge of the final site clean-up. They left the yard and driveway spotless after our large backyard addition project. This commitment to professionalism and ensuring a clean environment during the final recovery phase was a major plus.

Mayan Builders was proactive in dealing with a minor delay caused by a plumbing inspection. Instead of waiting, they efficintly moved on to the trim and door installation in another room, demonstrating excellent project management and minimzing our overall wait time.

The detailed cost evaluation helped us manage the inevitable changes in remodeling. When we decided to upgrade the kitchen sink fixtures mid- project, the change order process was clearly explained, which maintained the transparency of the whole service.

We hired mayan Builders for a major structural projet to open up our living and dining area. Their engineers and on-site team managed the load-bearing wall removal with exceptional skill and installed the large support beam flawlessly. It was a complex job, but they delivered seamless, solid results.

The installation of our new engineered hardwood floors went really fast once the material arrived on site. The crew showed up right at 7 AM every day ready to work, which was great service for us. We asked them to save a small piece of the old subfloor for sentimental reasons, and they handled that small request without any issue. The whole floor looks seamless, truly great results from the entire team.
