I paid a lot of money for a mattress that had a 15 year warranty. My claim was denied because it had a tiny stain mark on it. The mattress was all sunken in but they still denied my claim. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't honor their warranty.

I bought (should i say PAID FOR) a queen matress. Just found out they gave me a FULL SIZE MATRESS. The actual store i bought from is closed, permanently. So called closest to it. Im told I can ONLY get $150 toward correct mattress. ALSO, when picked up, they threw it on my truck real fast, THEN wanted me 2 sign a "nothings wrong w/ the matress" paper . There was some sp called GLUE PATCH on side. The top was like a pair of nylons. Always getting huge runs in. They gave me a "cover" for it. BUT now i find out, its supposed to be 7 inches wider, and. 5 inches longer. Am used to a king. So this FULL SIZE is super small I WAS GIVEN A SUPPOSED COORPERATE #. BUT can never get anyone. Found another # online. Still cant get hold of person.

We bought this king mattress 18 months ago. It was not cheap and highly recommended by the sales person. Today the mattress is not "firm" any more. We contacted the company and we had to submit pictures and measurements of the areas in which our bodies sink every night. Of course the sinking area did not show in the pictures and they denied our claim (surprise). But they also offered us this: ☹️ 😡. "Get a Second Opinion for Only $79.99 – Schedule a service appointment for a third-party inspector to come to your home and inspect the merchandise. Appointment calls are typically received within 3-4 days of booking. Please be aware that transportation costs are not covered in the manufacturer’s warranty; however, in the event your product is deemed defective, we will take what you paid for the inspection and apply it towards the delivery charge for the exchange. We are totally unhappy with this company. Don't buy their mattresses unless you are a vampire and sleep hanging from the ceiling.

I would like to give 0 stars but that is not an option. We bought a hybrid mattress and an adjustable bed frame from Bobby on July 19. Was told it would be delivered the following week. Was told there is a national steel shortage. After 3 weeks and at least 4 reschedules a different mattress and our frame was delivered. Bobby was on vacation when the other mattress was delivered. Upon his return he called to tell us they were scheduling an exchange for the mattress they sent us and it was scheduled for delivery on August 31. Today is August 31. NO ONE called to reschedule or tell us anything. My husband called today to see if they were going to deliver. Bobby informed him that they called (lies) and he didn’t care if we ever got our mattress. Nice. Apparently it is rescheduled for this Saturday now. We want the mattress we bought. Highly disappointed on how Mattress Firm does business.

This is not the place to buy a mattress set if you want it next week or next month for that matter. I was promised a (paid in full) delivery for two weeks later. The night before delivery, I get a call saying it won't be delivered in at least another month. It seems that they have NO mattresses in stock, but they'll eagerly take your money...I cancelled the order and was told it would be refunded in 7-10 days. What a joke....I paid with a debit card. Everyone knows it should have been refunded within 2 days. Buyers Beware.

DO NOT SHOP AT MATTRESS FIRM! Mattress Firm does not stand behind their warranties. Our mattress is horrible and has huge indentations, which happened within months of owning the mattress. We have submitted a claim two times. They denied it both times. We spent a lot of money on a mattress that we have to replace at our cost two years later. Save yourselves the hassle and shop somewhere else.

We purchased a Queen size mattress with a 10 year warranty. In just 2 years it has a HUGE sag in the middle and the side is rolling over/breaking down. When we contacted the warranty company, they voided our warranty because there was a small 3-4 inch stain up by the head of the mattress. (Which was no where near where the mattress was failing). They refuse to budge or support their products!! Will NEVER buy anything from Mattress firm again!
