Patrick was a great help !

The service we received from Shery was excellent. The issue was with delivery. We gave grace knowing about the hurricane but the service with the Mobile office was below standard, no follow up after contacting them. I had get someone to sit at my home for delivery Thursday never received a confirmation call. He looked into it but we never received an update. After speaking with Sherry she informed me of an issue she corrected the problem and informed us. Thanks to her because we were going to cancel the order.

The store experience was great, I dealt with Kelvin who made it that way. The delivery was on time and the guys were professional and efficient. The only negative was 1 of the 3 items, the frame, was incorrect. The part # on the box looked correct but I was told that it was not compatible with a twin size. I called the store and was given the option to resend or get a refund. I chose refund but would consider ordering another frame if I decide to replace the one I have.

I recently purchased a mattress in a box from mattress firm. Unpin delivery I realized the box was not that heavy. Instructions were in the box (take mattress out of plastic and let sit in a well ventilated area to rise up and to get that boxed mattress smell off mattress.

I bought a queen foam mattress today from mattress firm after Macy's didn't have anything within my budget. I suffer from pain in my hips. I bought all foam which is what I an use to. I am hoping this will be a good pick for me. I bought a Curvy foam mattress. The staff was very nice to me as well as patient since I was in a lot of pain. My delivery will be next week. They will remove my old one. I will get a free 120 night trial period as well. A great service. Ms Crippen
