The service we received from Shery was excellent. The issue was with delivery. We gave grace knowing about the hurricane but the service with the Mobile office was below standard, no follow up after contacting them. I had get someone to sit at my home for delivery Thursday never received a confirmation call. He looked into it but we never received an update. After speaking with Sherry she informed me of an issue she corrected the problem and informed us. Thanks to her because we were going to cancel the order.

We were told that when we went to pick ip the mattress from the warehouse they would be ready. Went to the door gave them the paper work, told us to back end to #7. Thirty minutes later they still had not brought out the mattresses. Went back up to door to ask how much longer and they could not tell us how much longer. Soon after they come out to bring the mattresses

Hi Jessie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate you bringing this delay at our warehouse to our attention. We understand how frustrating it is to wait thirty minutes past the scheduled pickup time without receiving clear updates about your order. This experience does not reflect our standards for prompt service. We hope to serve you better next time. Best, Jenna
