Massage Habits has been my go to for massages and body work for over 2 years. Dorian is very professional, personable and most importantly effective at what he does. I visit at least once a month. Massage Habits is also very convenient since it’s in Mission Valley. It takes me less than 10 min from Downtown San Diego and 5 min from Hillcrest. There’s also plenty of parking which is a huge plus.

Love Massage Habits. Convenient location; less than 15 minutes from home downtown. Dorian is by far the most knowledgeable and caring masseuse I have ever had the pleasure to experience.

Massage Habits truly stands out! Dorian consistently delivers massages that go above and beyond my expectations. He tailors his techniques expertly to my specific needs, addressing tension areas with precision. Dorian skillfully creates a tranquil ambiance, blending soothing music, subtle aromatherapy, and a comfortable massage table for a relaxing experience. His effective communication ensures the pressure is always just right throughout the session. I highly recommend making massage habits part of your monthly routine.

I have been getting regular massages for years and Dorian is the best massage therapist I’ve found in San Diego! Before each visit he asks what is bothering me and then tailors the massage to my needs. He checks in during the massage to see if the amount of pressure is good and adjusts as needed. He is very respectful of my body and drapes the sheets very well to ensure privacy. Every time I leave his studio I feel completely relaxed and “fixed” from whatever was bothering me before my visit. I really can’t rave about this guy enough - and I usually prefer female massage therapists so this is really high praise!

Massage Habits in Mission Valley is a hidden gem. Easy to find with lots of parking. The atmosphere is very calm and the massage was so relaxing! It's like a mini-vacation in the middle of the city. Dorian is very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and understand my aches and pains. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. A must-visit spot!

I’ve been going to Dorian for monthly massages now for a year and a half and truly cannot recommend him and Massage Habits enough! Dorian is so thoughtful, professional, and just incredibly talented. He has gotten rid of my long lasting neck kinks within one visit, and helped with tension headaches & muscle tightness to name a few and I’m always so impressed with the long lasting results. His office is conveniently located in Mission Valley just down the hill from North Park/University Heights area so it’s never a hassle to get to and there is plenty of parking. If you’re looking for a regular masseuse, Dorian is 100% the one!!
