Mason GenieReviews of masongenie.com

Contacted customer service with a few questions. Debbie responded quickly and answered each one and even made recommendations that had not occurred to me. Her suggestions will certainly be used! Great response time as well!

Excellent customer service. I was having an issue with my checkout and they were very responsive to my questions. The Mason Genie is so convenient for quick re-seals. It will pay for itself in no time. I am amazed how long berries stay fresh. I no longer have to throw away moldy blueberries.

What a terrific product! Im so happy to use my Masongenie to store foods in glass instead of plastic baggies. Plus, it helps to extend the life of organic foods, as they spoil faster. Less chemicals, less waste, and fun to use, all good! 👍👍

Efficiet & practical

Thanks for answering promptly & advice on other great storage procedures.

The company was responsive when I had an issue with my Mason Genie.

I appreciate the additional information for the purchased product. When you’re thinking about purchasing, you eat up all it can do for you! When it arrives, I blank out on most of that information, lol. Maybe just me. I appreciate the additional information! Thanks!

I honestly and satisfied with the return outcome but I do think it felt like a trap saying I had not completed the order with emails and texts messages when I knew I had completed the order. I was careful not to click on anything because it felt like a trap. So I would suggest NOT tricking folks. Not good and a complete waste of time to have to email get the order number etc. but thanks you for a fast response and return of my dollars.
