My order arrived in a reasonable time but was incorrect and missing parts. I have reached out twice to customer service and gotten no response. Very disappointing.

Mason Genie works great. I was sceptical to say the least, and was pleasantly surprised when I sealed my cat treat jar and wrote on the top what it is with the liquid chalk pen. I have now sealed half a can of left over salmon from my lunch and a jar of pearled onions (they are in the fridge for immediate use) that didn’t seal when canning. When I had an issue the team were right on it and solved it very quickly. I am very impressed and now know this company is for real, honest and I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat. I sent an email asking for a tracking # to check on my order as it’s ti be given as a gift. Just 3 minutes later i received not just a tracking number but a link thst i clicked on to see of the shipping prigress. Thank you for such excellent customer service. I loved how easy it is to seal jars to keep dry beans, rice and dry goods. I was tired of wasting money on food so when i saw the mason genie i decided to give it a try and im realy glad i did.

I ordered 2 mason genie’s. Easy purchase and quick delivery . I love how it seals easily. We celebrated our Thanksgiving holiday and I showed my extended family how easy it was to use. I had made cranberry sauce last week and everyone was surprised at the complete seal.Then after the meal a quick demo on resealing the leftovers. Needless to say some of the family are ordering them. I already sent one to my daughter.
