Love this store! Wade was able to get me what I needed without overselling things. Got in and out in less than 10 minutes. And the beds didn’t fit in my vehicle so they tagged them and let me come back to get them later!!! Definitely going back when we need new beds

I purchased a mattress, box spring and frame April 2018. The customer service I received from Daniel (Willow location) was outstanding! He was informative. Daniel answered every question and was extremely patient. The product quality is excellent. I made a good choice with Mark's Mattress Outlet.

Good mattress and good experience

Gross misrepresentation of product. We were told cheaper mattress would last 3-6 years. This was said several times. Two WEEKS later significant body imprints. Signifcant. No way could it last even a year. Crawfordsville Indiana store. The saleswoman very friendly and of course seemed trustworthy. Lol. Stupid impulse buy without research. Bought 28, 2018
