David was friendly, explained my options very well, and was happy to answer my many questions when I came in to see options and pricing. When we came in to buy the sales lady did not seem happy to be there or wanted to answer our questions.

The advertising is deceptive. They advertise that their mattresses are 50-80% cheaper. Not true.

The sales lady was great! We picked up our mattress a week after we bought. We got it home and we did not like it. I don't know if things got switched or what. My mattress feels warped when I lay on it (feeling like I might fall off).

Our first purchase at Mark's was fantastic and we still comment to one another regularly "omg best bed ever!" We got a fantastic queen size bed for $600 including the frame when we bought a few years ago. Then we came back to buy our daughter's bed a couple years ago and were similarly pleased with the comfort and the price. This week we returned to buy our son's bed and felt like the low-price part of the deal has been lost. We didn't really have time to shop around and went to Mark's expecting a good deal. I was disappointed. The bed is fine, but the price felt like full retail. Next time we buy, I don't feel like the drive across town will be worth it.

The bed isn't as comfortable as we thought it was and when it arrived there was a stain on one of the matresses and snags with strings on both mattresses. When buying something new, I would expect it to be clean and in great shape. We called the store and was told that it happens and that was it.

Priced two different times, got told 2 diffetent things. It is not a goid as i expected.

As far as any pricing differences go, we frequently run specials on one or more mattresses, adjustable bases or accessories. If one of those promotions was in effect, that could have resulted in a difference. From time to time, a local store may have special pricing for floor models or overstocks that could also result in different pricing being given at different times. That notwithstanding, our hope is that you have an unqualified positive experience with the quality and fit of our products and our service delivery.
