Thousands of genuine antique maps, prints, and charts available online or in store. We specialize in maps before 1900 with a focus on Cape Cod and New England but our inventory includes maps of all over the world. We have town maps for many New England states. We also offer custom conservation framing, a large collection of antique postcards of New York, New Jersey, and New England, and a selection of reproductions of antique maps.

I purchased a map online on a Saturday. It didn't get to the post office until Wednesday. As a result, the shipment arrived late even though I paid extra for Priority shipping.

We are very sorry that your delivery was late! Our website is set up to calculate 2 days of processing time when it estimates the arrival time (Sundays don't count because we are closed on Sundays in the winter). So we got it to the post office on time, based on the ship date calculated by the website. Unfortunately it looks like the US Postal Service took longer to deliver your package than expected. We are very sorry about that. Our checkout page encourages customers to let us know if you need your order quickly, so we can expedite the packaging process. I wish we had known you needed it by a certain date. In case it is helpful for the future, I have been advised (by postal employees) that if we want packages delivered quickly and on time, customers should use UPS or FedEx, because USPS can't really promise anything. Plus, our local post office has a system where if you drop off a package on a Wednesday, it won't actually get picked up from the post office until very early the next day. Unfortunately USPS does not guarantee their shipping times for Priority Mail. We are very sorry that your delivery was late.
