Thank you for your review and feedback. You purchased a postcard with first class shipping (no tracking or insurance) and it was put into the mail promptly in an envelope with cardstock paper in order to try to protect the postcard as it traveled through the mail. If you would like to let us know what more we could have done to create the personal exchange you were looking for, please feel free to reach out by email or phone. We are always interested in learning about what our customers are looking for. Thank you for your order!

Wonderful experience! Quick with the order, map is exactly as mentioned. I’ll have to remember next time to have them frame as I didn’t see that was an option until after. Thank you again!

Thank you for your order and review! So glad you are happy with your map! We are always happy to frame the maps! (note: custom framing takes about 3 weeks, there are size restrictions, and shipping a framed piece costs more due to size and weight. Also, we have a small selection of frame options online, but many more if you let us know what color/style you are looking for!)
Response to my order was immediate. Shipped out quickly, received in a well protected tube, and it was exactly what I hoped for. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this company.
