MangomintReviews of mangomint.com

After 18+ years in the industry, we've used every other booking system on the market. All are complete duds compared to Mangomint. We started using Mangomint in 2019 and since then every single week there's another integration, update, or feature that helps to grow our business, support our team, or make life of an business owner easier. Hands down - best spa / salon booking software on the market!

Software extremely easy to use on the computer, app and both sides, practitioners/admin and customers. Very intuitive, not limited and the support team is always there if you need it.

Mangomint is incredible. We've been using this as our salon scheduling software for about a year now and it's 100x better than what we were using before. Although the software is packed with awesome features, the support is really where this company shines. Any time I have a question or issue, their team gets back to me super quick and is always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend it to any business owners in the beauty and wellness space. It's so worth it!

Great support, easy to use as a provider and for my patients. I'm so glad I made the switch to Mangomint. It has been a game changer for my practice.

MangoMint has written great software for spas and salons. you can definitely tell it is written by someone who has lived Spa management. They are very responsive, very quick to answer questions. They were able to import the majority of our data from our previous platform. My only comment was that they didn't tell me that some things wouldn't import with the same categories and sub-categories. It was easy enough to fix, but a heads up would have been appreciated.

Absolute 5 stars for this company. The software is so user friendly. No complicated reports. It’s simple and fresh. I highly recommend this software and the company. Such a pleasure to work with. And best of all your all human. No AI! I love that!!!

I would be extremely likely to recommend Mangomint's software service. This software company, while still relatively new, is extremely innovative, delivering options with impressive speed and efficiency. We love the modern, seamless experience, especially the sync for our clients that requires no app download or account creation. My absolute favorite part, however, is the customer support and chat option. The response time is incredibly quick, and their team is always knowledgeable and kind. They consistently provide satisfactory answers, and if they can't help directly, they offer creative ways to achieve the same result. The constant software upgrades are incredible; the platform is clearly expanding and adding features with its users in mind. If I had to choose all over again, I would do the exact same thing.

very easy to use and great customer service
