MangomintReviews of mangomint.com

We’ve had a great experience using Mangomint for our salon. It’s user friendly, keeps everything organized, and makes managing appointments, clients and marketing much easier. Their support has also been very helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Definitely recommend it for salon owners!

my experience is always nice very recommend and affordable

Mangomint needs to change the all or nothing code with the software parameters when it comes to viewing reports especially detailed payroll report and permissions with time clock entries. The administrator should be given the freedom to toggle permissions under each provider. We cannot view our detailed sales report without seeing everyone's so we have to ask for it to be printed. If we forget to log in again, we have to have our administrator fix it because giving us access to our own time clock means we have access to everyones. Our old software (Mind-body) allowed the office administrator to make decisions on which providers could access reports and other items. It's a simple switch on or off setting under each provider. Please make this change Mangomint.

Day of launch they left my staff in playground mode and clients were receiving all the notifications. The ensured they could import client notes and day of launch I was told they could not. Staff was able to see sensitive information with the import, causing issues amongst my office for no reason. The team didn’t seem to be on the same page with the information on what they can do and promised things they couldn’t provide. It was extremely messy and I couldn’t cancel fast enough. Customer service was good considering the circumstances, and that’s only if you can get them on the phone as they make you chat in and can take a while to respond. Not ideal for an emergency situation. Save yourself the headache. Pick a different platform!

Good for multi-employee spas. Interface is mostly intuitive. If you have a lot of data requirements, the reporting needs a lot of work. There are some much needed features, but for basic scheduling functions with complex services that require equipment, or multiple staff, it's a great software. The customer service team is always great.

It's a real mixed bag. If I wasnt running my payroll with them I would probably find a different platform, that and it was quite an endeavor to get set up in terms of client data not transferring over and setting up services, POS, resources ect. within MM. They offer a ton we don't want, need or use but not simple basic things like being able to run an appointment report. Things I do like, express check-out and payroll (kind of). Things I don't like, nothing is simple in the platform, can't run a basic appointment report without a work around, payroll details are shared with practitioners that are confusing and irrelevant like payroll adjustments, you can't edit a form after its been submitted, how the rooms are booked and organized are confusing and I have to go in and change and organize the schedule constantly, you cant get push notifications about bookings without the in app notifications now which are super annoying, in app scheduling on the phone is very annoying bc you have to go in and out of the text with a client into the scheduler, how you can access past appointments for a client is just a really long list that includes sales information, the online scheduler isn't intuitive for the client when booking online, and often doesn't offer open spots. Now my own review is making me realize I need to look for a different platform. Maybe this is a better platform for the beauty industry? We offer massage and acupuncture, no add onset or products to sell.

Mangomint is absolutely a game changer. We love it and the customer care is so efficient! Highly recommended for any business you need booking and inventory all in one place!!
