I can't tell you how many gifts I have ordered from Makaboo, but every experience has been seriously perfect. My go to new baby gift is the embroidered lovie. It is so sweet and soft. I gave them to twin boys who are now 5, sleep with them every night, and they look practically new. The customer service and timeliness of arrival is also exceptional. I have sent two personalized baby gift from Makaboo and have been really happy with the product and the experience. The ordering was fast and easy, there were plenty of personalization choices, plenty of nice quality gifts to choose from and the first family to receive the gift I sent loved it (I just sent the second one a few days ago). Makaboo's customer service is fast, personable and I was able to correspond with a real person! The second gift I sent disappeared after the post office claims to have delivered it and Makaboo's customer service representative quickly explained how she was going to fix the problem and followed through! i highly recommend using this company for your own personalization and for gifts.
