I have not received my product. I have sent several email inquiries with no response or effort to resolve it. I placed my order on 9/4 and it now 10/2. I understand if it’s a shipping issue, but then someone should be reaching out to let me know what’s going on.

I placed an order #44327 on August 30, 2026. It is Sept. 28, 2026. I e-mailed Mahoney 3 times to check on my order. No reply from Mahoney. I was a loyal customer that never had a problem in the past. Now I am forced to contact Mastercard to get my money back. Frank Farkas

Horrible company, did not send all of the order. I reached out and after a vague response they just completely ghosted me. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company which they tried to dispute, Luckily I got a partial refund from CC. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIS COMPANY their customer service is horrible, which makes you wonder about the products they are selling,

I am from Canada and have ordered the paragon product twice and have had no problems with the delivery. I’m using it to treat my husbands cancer along with CBD oil and Berberine. He is taking high doses of the product. I hope to report back that his cancer is gone 🙏
