Bills program has been fantastic for me. I hit a milestone today, I hit 219 lbs. I haven’t been sub 220 in probably 15 years. I feel great, I look great and I’m locked in now more than ever. Your program combining diet and workouts got me over the plateau I hit and is getting me ripped. Very happy with where I am and my progress photos tell the story from week to week. Most importantly this program keeps you accountable and honest. Truly, thank you for getting me on track and looking better than ever. I genuinely look forward to what is to come.

This program is so much more than losing weight and getting in shape. Bill cares about you as a total person and wants to see you flourish in every way. He has encouraged me to grow as a man as well. I can’t tell you how great the community is and the accountability you get from Bill and the group is just what I needed. Highly recommend this program

Bill is great. He sets you up for success and is realistic about the programs and how to stay on track with all the chaos of life

I’ve been working with Bill and Code Blue for 3 months now and can’t be happier with the results. Having two young children under 4, it can be hard to find the time for a consistent fitness routine; Bill’s program/app is all laid out for you and extremely easy to use. Well worth the investment.

The best thing about this company is the interaction with the owner, Bill. His advice is always thoughtful and his ability to motivate is stellar. I've been surprised with how quickly he communicates when questions are asked. It is easy to tell that he really does care about people's fitness and truly enjoys helping us achieve our potential. I really couldn't ask for more: his nutrition guidance is great, his curated workouts always hit the mark and his philosophy on working hard but thoughtfully has created a winning situation for me. Maybe one of the best things is the sense of community that I have with the other fellas in Code Blue.

I’ve been working with Bill and the Code Blue team for about 9 months. In that time I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, and feel mentally strong. Their approach to exercise and diet is a proven method. The app is great and easy to use, which is great because I own a few companies and can do the workout at my own time.

CodeBlue and Bill have helped me become the best version of myself. I'm a surgeon and have spent my entire life studying, training and working. Mentally I was fit but my body and the inherent stress of my journey through life took its toll. I am a better surgeon, husband and father because of this program. Thank you Bill

I’m about halfway through my six-month accountability program with Bill and Code Blue. I’m on pace to reach my weight loss and fitness goals well ahead of schedule. Bill has been extremely attentive, and helped me plan for unique challenges posed by my job. I have no doubt the other program members would say the same thing!
