Everything went well. Product arrived and is being used effectively. The only thing I found difficult was engaging the catalog. I already knew what I wanted but could not at first get to an order/summary page

#44250 Order Number I placed an order back in August. It is now October 3rd and I still do not have it. I contacted them back in September and they said they would send it out again. Again, I still do not have my order. I want a refund for it and I will take my review down, but until then. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
