I ordered a dress & a necklace from Magnolia Boutique. I needed a different dress size so I sent it back & I accidentally sent my necklace back with it! Traci, the customer success manager, was Fantastic to work with! It's rare to receive such personable & timely customer service these days, but she went above & beyond to help me. Updating again because I fell in love with the outfit. (still mourning the loss of the jeans that were removed from my order). I live overseas and was very impressed with how fast the shipping to my APO was! The company is very on top of their customer service and quick to resolve any issues. Although, the heartbreak of getting my jeans booted from my original purchase because they suddenly became unavailable after purchase, I am surprised with the quality of the blouse I bought, the bracelets are adorable and the belt is perfect. I was originally unfair to the company by saying I’ll never shop here again because of one mishap. They might have just became my new favorite online boutique.
