The stitching of the sweater’s writing is not done properly. Looks like a knock off. Ugh!

Meh. Order arrived later than date given when selecting shipping. Sizing was off. They deduct $10 for returning an item. Will not order again from this company.

For the returns if our free return isn't selected at checkout for $2.98, the return shipping cost for the label of $10 is deducted from your return as shared in our policy. I ordered a dress in my normal size and it is too small. I tried to exchange it for a bigger size but it’s not in stock so I opted to just get a refund. The order was $52 and I only get $36 back. So you get to keep $16?! That’s ridiculous. Not to mention I’ve ordered this same size from many boutiques and have always had the perfect fit. Will not be ordering from this store again.

Your purchase cost $46.22 after the discount, and if our free return isn't selected at checkout for $2.98, the return shipping cost of $10 is deducted from your return. Next time, please just shoot us an email. We're here to help. Even if that's to make a one-time exception!
Clothing cut and design awkward. Sleeves on white blouse not cut correctly. Seams in the underarm area are cut too thin with length of sleeve awkwardly long. Material of floral dress feels like I am wearing a bed sheet. Disappointed with my order and the quality of product. Items were labeled as "final sale." Stay clear of any company that prefers to leave a customer unsatisfied with product they will never wear and does not promote a proactive positive return policy. Clothes will go in the trash or I can cut into squares for dusting cloths.

I really loved the style of the dress I ordered but the color was not good.

Cute dress however very see through. Unfortunately it was a final sale so I can’t return. 071625: I did hear from company & they were going to allow me to return item however I had to pay for shipping. Shipping cost $34.00 & not worth it. Would not recommend to buy anything under final sale or items that you may need to pay for shipping if you are returning.

I ordered two dresses and returned one. I never got refunded for the returned dress. I am quite satisfied with the dress I kept. It is great quality and very flattering; however, I am unhappy losing the cost of the refund.
