My black top arrived damaged with a 4 inch rip on the lower back area. I would like to return this item and get a refund but your company denied it because it was a final sale item.

I had my jacket shipped to my job so it wouldn’t get stolen by porch pirates. It was delivered quickly. As soon as I unpackaged it, my co-workers (and of course me) LOVED IT!!!!!
