I ordered a sweater that I had been excited for and waited for it since it was back ordered; when it came in person it looked nothing like it did online and was not of a good quality like I expected. I can’t believe I paid what I did for what showed up- I could have gotten something better on Amazon even

I love the unique pieces this boutique offers. Everything was great but an item ordered did not look like the item received. That’s just how things go when shopping online for clothing.

The color is much darker than the in the picture, therefore I'm returning the dress. I am so fed up with online purchases arriving looking different than as advertised. There is no return for money back, only exchange or store credit. This is an inconvenient option. Also, the exchange process offered a different size/color, which I would have been happy to exchange for the other color, but when I chose that option, I was only offered the same color in a different size. So, now I have to wait until my return is processed to receive store credit so that I can order the other color, which hopefully will be available in my size at that time. This was the first and will be the last time I order from Magnolia Boutique. It's a hassle.
