Madison Seating had the chair I was looking for with the fastest shipping compared to other sellers I was researching. I actually purchased through EBay but Madison Seating was the seller. We received the chair about 6 or 7 days after purchasing. The chair was “new/open box“ and unfortunately had a broken part. Customer Service was very quick to respond with a satisfactory resolution. Hopefully the replacement comes just as quickly and without any defects.

They charged me for shipping to Canada, I waited 3 weeks for delivery, they cancelled the order without warning. Customer services was non responsive. They simply 'changed their minds' about selling the products to me. If you want a reliable supplier who might 'actually' deliver...go somewhere else. UPDATE: they saw this review and emailed me to let me know they would be leaving my company a negative review - just out of spite. That should tell you something about how they operate.

I purchased a chair right in the middle of the first COVID wave. I assumed there'd be delays, no issues or worries there. After two weeks, my order was still in an Open state. Figured it's delayed, dropped an email to them. Was told that due to COVID, it'd be another two weeks before it's shipped. Alright, that's fine. Come two more weeks, still no notifications, messages, anything. Reach out to them again. Still hasn't even gotten thrown together, said it'd be another week. At this point, I started looking around for other places I could buy this chair, and ended up cancelling the order. Zero communication on delays, date keeps getting pushed back. I will give them kudos for fast responses from support though, everything was responded to in less than half an hour. Other than that, very poor experience. I get COVID is causing some issues - that's unavoidable - but at least be realistic about timeframes and keep the people throwing money at you informed as to what's going on.

Just like everyone who gave out 1/5 rate. I ordered my chair 1.5 months ago. I didn't get my chair on time that they promised. They told me to wait even more each time I emailed them. The customer service is the WORST. It is so funny that I was the one who sends them emails about what is going with my order. They never give me an email first if it is going to be a delay. Also, they kept changed the shopping due days. If you want to buy an Aeron chair from them, please save yourself from the terrible.

I ordered a Steelcase Leap Chair V2. There were some small road bumps but this is to be expected considering they'v partially shut down some areas of the company due to COVID -19. I partnered with their customer service team and all issues were professionally resolved.

Great Customer Service It took a while to get the chair, but that was expected as they indicate this before placing the order. I had an issue with the seat which could have easily been caused during shipping. I received a response to my email the very next day and they took care of it no questions asked. They stand behind their product and take care of the customer!

I purchased an office chair which shipped and arrived quickly. As others have pointed out, I knew the chair could have some signs of use and not be perfect. Once I received the chair I had an issue with one of the casters and a concern about the seat attachment. The CS team I worked with has been responsive and working to remedy the issue. Rather than having me deal with needing to replace a caster and correct a seat pan issue, the company is replacing the chair. I do appreciate it.

I ordered an Herman Miller Aeron chair on May 8. There is a small disclaimer on the website claiming "please allow additional time for us to respond to your emails and processing your orders". I received an update on my order May 31 stating my chair would ship early to mid-June. I contacted their service team via e-mail, as they are not answering phones, requesting they not ship such that the item would arrive between June 13-20. They responded that they would hold the order to ship after June 22. When I checked today, I was told that my order was now scheduled to ship early/mid-July. I would find this more credible if my friend hadn't ordered a similar chair on May 6 which arrived June 4.
