My wife ordered a set of Made In Non-Stick Frying Pans in Harbour Blue back in 2022 - four years ago. Recently, we noticed that the coating on the 12-inch pan was separating in several places. We were prepared to order a replacement but could not find this pan on their website. We sent an inquiry explaining our situation and asking if we could purchase a replacement pan in the blue color. Customer Service advised that the harbour blue pans had been discontinued and that the pans only had a 2-year warranty. We've had them for 4 years - well beyond their warranty period (and we never even asked about a warranty). Here's the amazing part: since the pans are no longer available in the color we wanted, Made In is shipping us a comparable replacement free of charge! Try finding another company that handles a simple customer inquiry like this!

Made In is simply the best kitchenware company, whether you’re a professional chef or a novice. They have all the tools to make cooking a pleasure. I have made many purchases and have been immensely pleased with each. The quality of everything they sell is without compare.I had a small customer service issue that they immediately addressed. They were happy to resolve it and reaffirmed why I’m a Made In cook for life.

Exceptional customer service from Made In! I contacted them about an issue with one of my stainless steel pans, and within about 3 hours, start to finish, they reviewed everything, approved the warranty claim, and processed a replacement. The entire process was incredibly quick, professional, and hassle-free. This is exactly the kind of customer service that builds confidence in a company and its products. Very impressed!

My pan started to develop a warp. Contacted customer service and they had a replacement shipped within an hour. Amazing service for an excellent product. Highly recommended.

I already own two made-in saucier pans and they are superb!!! I would buy them over and over again... BUT, on Sunday, I decided to buy a Le Creuset Enamel Saucepan and while looking I saw that Made-In also had a comparable enamel saucepan with 20% off the £149 original price. I was most interested in this saucepan and had a few questions before purchase, but was a bit concerned as the advert said 20% off this week, but didnt say when the week ended. I thus filled out the online contact form and asked my questions and told them i needed an answer as soon as possible due to the sale - this was Sunday afternoon... then by late Monday morning I had not had a response so I emailed them directly expressing the urgency of my request and by late afternoon had not had a response to either of my contacts, but amusingly had had an advertisement email so they had put me back in their system (made-in is a very agressive, full on, marketing company)... well, i was in a panic and decided to call the USA arm of the company to see if they could answer my question as the UK branch does not have a phone line - UK is contact form/email only... I called long distance to the USA and luckily my call was answered within a few minutes and the USA customer service representative was amazing, patient and everything one could ask for... she quickly sorted out my questions which were about size (too bad the website doesn't show the measurements on a pan instead of just listing them) and I ordered the pan from the UK site and I was sent a despatch email within a few hours along with a few more marketing emails, but I still have not had a reply from my original two queries two days later!!! What a shame! Had I not already owned two made-in pans and had the equivalent Le Creuset pan not been nearly £60 more, there is no way I would have ordered from this company, but alas I have and I imagine the pan will be lovely from a company with as bad as customer support as one could get, 0 out of 10!!! Shame on you made-in-cookware UK!

I have returned an order 3-weeks ago with tracking confirmation from the shipping label confirming the return as complete. Made In Cookware have told me that they are refusing to refund my money because they have misplaced the return in their warehouse and for 3-weeks have been "trying to locate" my return. Pan was received with what sounded like a piece of metal rattling around in the handle, quality was definitely not what I was expecting, clearly just a massive marketing budget rather than genuine reviews. Good luck if anything goes wrong with your order, customer service just keeps sending the same rambling, bot generated response. I would say after 20 years in kitchens, buy pans from literally anywhere else, don't believe the purchased hype.

Terrible packing job! The box was ripped and damaged, and one side was completely covered in packing tape. There were no inserts in the box to protect the pan from damage. When I contacted Made-in, they basically didn't care. For a pan this expensive, I expected better!
