Stella walked me through how to find attachments in the email pdfs. She was very patient and gave me the visual of how I should be doing it when I wasn't understanding the written instructions. Exceptional customer service on her part.

Technical chat was great: Couldn‘t find the email with my license key. It looks like my email provider filtered the email completely. But within chat with tech support I could activate my OLM viewer software. It works quite well.

Refused to refund the purchase when the software was handling time incorrectly. The refund policy is useless as bugs are considered features so they won't refund.

Tech support was great. I'm not sure why I had to go to tech support to get a free add on feature but nonetheless, they helped me and were very efficient.
