At Lumiqour, we are a team of dog lovers who understand exactly how it feels to notice something different about your pup and not know what to do next. We started this company because we believe every dog deserves to live their happiest, healthiest life, and every dog parent deserves a natural, trusted solution they can feel good about. Our flagship product, Turkey Tail+, is a precision two-ingredient supplement combining organic Turkey Tail mushroom with Lactobacillus acidophilus probiotic, specifically formulated to support dogs dealing with fatty lumps, low energy, and immune challenges. Unlike other supplements that throw every ingredient at the wall, we keep it simple and effective because we believe in doing one thing and doing it right.Turkey Tail+ is free from fillers and artificial additives and comes in a bacon flavour that even the fussiest of dogs cannot resist, making it one of the easiest supplements to introduce into your dog's daily routine. We stand behind our product with a 90-Day Happy Pup Money Back Guarantee because we are that confident in what it does. If your dog does not thrive, neither do we.Thank you for trusting us with the health of your best friend. We do not take that lightly.

Still waiting for my order. (15 days) In the meantime, the company keeps emailing me asking how my dogs are doing, using the product! When I email customer support, it takes at least a day for them to reply, and the reply is - it's on it's way! When I try to check the tracking number, their page won't load. It's too early to say this is a rip off, but it sure is leaning that way.

Hi Cindi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns and frustration with the waiting time and tracking experience. We understand how concerning it can feel when your order hasn’t arrived yet, especially when you are receiving follow-up emails before the product is in hand. Our intention is simply to stay in touch and support customers through their order journey, but we’re sorry if this has felt premature or unhelpful in your case. Regarding your shipment, delivery times can vary depending on processing and international transit routes. If your tracking page is not loading, this may be due to a temporary carrier or system issue, and we’d be happy to manually recheck your tracking status for you. We also apologize for the delay in response times from our support team. We are working to improve this so customers receive faster and clearer updates. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can check your order status immediately and assist you further. Olivia from Lumiqour

Delivery is fast. Results unsure. Been using for 4 months. Results unclear. Still many lumps. One large. Growth has remained consistent.

Hi Michele, Thank you for sharing your experience and for giving it several months of consistent use. We’re glad to hear the delivery has been fast, though we’re sorry the results haven't been as clear as you were hoping for. We understand how concerning it is when lumps remain, and one remains large, even after continued use. Responses can vary significantly from dog to dog, and in some cases, changes may be subtle or take longer to observe. We also appreciate you noting that the growth has remained consistent, as stability can sometimes be an important early indicator for some pet owners. If you’d like, our support team can also review your case and provide more tailored guidance based on your dog’s situation. Kind regards, Olivia Lumiqour
