At Lumiqour, we are a team of dog lovers who understand exactly how it feels to notice something different about your pup and not know what to do next. We started this company because we believe every dog deserves to live their happiest, healthiest life, and every dog parent deserves a natural, trusted solution they can feel good about. Our flagship product, Turkey Tail+, is a precision two-ingredient supplement combining organic Turkey Tail mushroom with Lactobacillus acidophilus probiotic, specifically formulated to support dogs dealing with fatty lumps, low energy, and immune challenges. Unlike other supplements that throw every ingredient at the wall, we keep it simple and effective because we believe in doing one thing and doing it right.Turkey Tail+ is free from fillers and artificial additives and comes in a bacon flavour that even the fussiest of dogs cannot resist, making it one of the easiest supplements to introduce into your dog's daily routine. We stand behind our product with a 90-Day Happy Pup Money Back Guarantee because we are that confident in what it does. If your dog does not thrive, neither do we.Thank you for trusting us with the health of your best friend. We do not take that lightly.

Your product has made big difference in my dogs. They are older animals and seem to be alot more lively then before. They can't wait for it in the morning. I mix it with a little elk velvet. I've had no problems with delivery. Just get a subscription or order before you run out. My dogs and I thank you.

Have tried for 2 months, zero change in lumps on my dogs. Makes me wonder if all the other reviews about it working are fake, or owners changed something else in their dogs food/lifestyle. I’m starting to believe this is a scam company as all the responses are AI, my second order was “returned to sender” with customer support not fixing it after multiple emails. It was only after I filed a complaint to the FTC and my credit card company that I was then issued a refund for this package. Their FB messenger replies are all AI too, and just sends you in circles with no resolution. I wouldn’t do business with them again. Edit: Dear Olivia, as you suggested, I emailed support@lumiqour ….. seems like your customer service department doesn’t exist as no one responds. Shame on you guys.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve had with your order and your concerns regarding your dog’s progress. We understand how disappointing it can be when you’ve been using a supplement consistently and haven’t noticed the changes you were hoping for. While some dogs may show improvements within the first month, every dog is different, and many owners begin noticing changes after 2–3 months of consistent daily use. Results can vary depending on factors such as each dog’s individual health, age, diet, and overall lifestyle. We also want to assure you that our customer support team is here to help and that we take every customer concern seriously. We’re sorry that your experience with your order delivery and support interactions did not meet your expectations. We’d appreciate the opportunity to look further into what happened and make sure your concerns are properly addressed. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can assist you further. Olivia from Lumiqour
BUYER BEWARE My first order was shipped in a timely manner, but I saw no difference in my pups limpoma size, digestion or energy. The autoship was supposedly sent THREE weeks ago but has not arrived. They preach continuous yet fail to deliver results at every level.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t noticed the changes you were hoping for with your pup yet, and we understand how important it is to see progress. We’d like to share that our supplements are designed to support your dog’s overall wellness and are not an overnight solution. While some dogs may show improvements within the first month, it’s also completely normal for others to take 2–3 months of consistent daily use before owners begin noticing changes such as increased energy, improved mobility, healthier skin, softer lumps, or other benefits. Consistency is key, and we encourage giving your pup continued daily support so the supplement has the opportunity to work over time. We’re also sorry to hear about the delay with your autoship order. We’d be happy to look into the shipment status and assist with any concerns regarding delivery. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] so we can help further. Olivia from Lumiqour
We just finished our first bottle and so far so good. My dog likes the taste and I’m waiting for her lumps to shrink.
