Delivery service good. After a month notice a change in lump. Softer little smaller. Good sign. April

Purchased a buy one get one free. Took close to a month (and multiple emails) to get 1 extremely small canister that came from China. Wrote customer service who will not honour the second canister. Extremely disappointed in the delay in delivery, lack of customer service response, lack of transparency the product comes from China and not honouring what is advertised. Will not purchase again. This company just doesn’t feel 100% ethical.

This product promises help with fatty lumps developing on older dogs. After two months of using this, there are No improvements. False advertising.

Product was easy to order. Was delivered quickly. My dog seemed to like the flavor. Have seen some minor improvement in size of lump. Going to continue use and see if it continues to help.

Products works but services sucks. Try to change my subscription and look no did not work. Only communication is by email only.
