Service is poor. Delivery takes forever and product has been ineffectual for my dog. Worse, the latest delivery was for only half of what was ordered but full payment taken. Waiting for a response and will update review accordingly.

My first order - I didn’t sign up for a subscription but was charged. I contacted them and got a full refund. I then ordered the product for my dog’s lumps. It has done nothing. My dog then was ill - poo all over floor with a lot of blood. Visit to the vets- £75 later with a weeks worth of tablets. Didn’t give her luminous for a few days. I tried again and today she has thrown up entire contents of her stomach. This is the only thing it can be. It’s now in the bin and will never use again

DONT BUY ANYTHING TO THIS UNRESPONSIVE COMPANY. Since my purchase was confirmed on 10/24, I selected the correct address through the system. However, the address somehow shows incorrectly. I confirmed on 10/27 that they would ship to my correct address and add my mobile number. Finally, the package was returned, and it has been almost three weeks. I still have no confirmation of my parcel. AND THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO REFUND OR RESEND MY PURCHASE!

Like so many have written this is a scam. Number one the stuff doesn’t work. My dogs lumps have not shrunk at all. Number two I was stupidly and bought 3 and had no idea it was a subscription! I complained and they said they would put it on hold! Next thing I knew another shipment of three was charged. I tried to cancel order as it hasn’t shipped but they said they couldn’t reverse the charge. My dog is 12 and will never use up all this product. Do yourself a favour and NO NOT ORDER!

Scam tried taking money out of my account on different occasions

I was signed up for a subscription without my consent. The only way I can get clear is to remove my payment method from the site and email them to remove my subscription.

As many people have said this is a scam. I had to phone my bank to put a block on this company taking more money. From me have reported to instagram but they are only after the money too. You’d think I’d be wise to thus but apparently not. BUYER BEWARE
