I had a very disappointing experience with this company, which I now believe is a total scam. After placing my order, I was charged, but I never received the item I paid for. To make matters worse, the tracking number they provided turned out to be completely false, leaving me with no way to track my order. When I tried to reach out for support, their customer service number was unresponsive, and I couldn’t get any answers. It feels like they're running a fraudulent operation. I strongly urge anyone considering making a purchase from them to think twice and avoid falling for the same scam that I did.

Horrible customer service! Stay away! I still have not received the product and have been back and forth with them telling them they delivered to the wrong place. I sent proof of my address and their picture doesn’t match the picture I sent. I have requested a refund and they stopped responding. My first communication was on 10.14, and they asked for proof of my address… this is ongoing and for about 5 times and nothing now. If I could give 0 stars I would and will keep writing negative reviews until I get my money back. Update: After the reviews and emails- They have refunded me, but will not purchase nor recommend the item to anyone.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.... I emailed to return the product and they didn't say they wouldn't give me a return address, but the 35 emails and no return no refund, all around bad experience.

While it was good for the first 3 to 4,days I feel like there should be a warning about over-use. I used it twice a day, with my own reputable serum, and after day 4 my forehead felt sunburnt. It was sore to touch, felt very rough and proceeded to peel. There are zero instructions on how to use so possibly not the original product? Anyway, my skin is better after non-use for a week. The product worked well on my neck though. I’m 48 so this is a good thing

The device works well. I like the difference colours and how it works. When it comes to results, I can see a difference in the puffiness and redness. Not so much with the double chin or the wrinkles. I have been using for two weeks. I will keep using and hope it continues to improve

Junk and Terrible Customer Service! Don’t waste your money! Mine stopped working after 3 uses. They state 30 day money back guarantee but that’s false advertising because when I said I wanted to return in multiple emails they responded once telling me how to use it and then stopped responding about a return (a week in).
