So far so good. I just started using it and can actually notice a difference. Even if nothing happens, it's like a facial massage..very soothing. Mine works well.

Super sketchy product. I ordered a scalp massager on 10/13 for $150 from them. I followed up on the order about 2 weeks later and they said to wait for 30 days. On November 11, I received a box wrapped in white bubble wrap, Luminesce was not marked anywhere on the package, and the return address is Rancho Cucamonga, CA. When removing the packaging, I received a box that says "Massage Comb" that looks NOTHING like the product advertised. There is no Luminesce branding on it - looks like a cheap import. I emailed asking to return it. The return information says: STAR 20 78th Ave New Hyde Park, NY 11040 It is VERY suspicious. Nothing adds up.

STAY THE F*** AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Burnt my skin on both cheeks after the first use.

Since I got my Luminesce I have been using it every single day. My face used to be dry now I feel so soft and smooth. And I skipped my Botox.

This arrived and I didn't unbox it for a month or so. Gave it a go and found out it doesn't have the vibration most of its settings and was faulty. I reached out and was told they don't do replacements after 30 days. Feels cheap and not great customer service. Save your money

No instructions on how to use. The color guide does not match the order of the device when it's turned on. Not sure there are 7 colors as advertised. Visually I only see about 3 or 4. Do not see different in my skin. Previously ordered similar, less expensive devise on Amazon. There was a problem with it and I was offered a replacement. I declined and ordered Luminesce as a known dermatologist endorsed it on line. I should have gone with the replacement offered. It came with some instructions and the color guide was it the same order as when the devise was turned on and you pressed to switch colors. Furthermore, the colors were all recognizable

I didn’t want to put even one star as clearly this company is trying to keep the money I paid under any circumstances. They put my first name on the shipping address twice even though the billing address is correct. Now they want me to call a Chinese number to get back the shipment. I can already smell scam. I am going to have to request a chargeback through my bank. I should have gone with the more expensive but trustworthy option (and read the reviews here) and I regret it dearly. Too much scamming on the internet and this sadly doesn’t seem to be the Chinese exception.
