This company is fraudulent. They claim they have a money back guarantee yet they do not. They have ignored numerous emails. I will be seeking legal counsel.

I used the Luminesce Facial Sculptor as directed for almost 30 days but did not see any noticeable improvements or results as claimed by the product. Given my experience and lack of satisfaction with the results, I requested to return the product and receive a refund within 30 days as per their return policy - they only responded asking for more information about why I was not satisfied, which I again stated the product did not provide the advertised results and then I did not receive an additional response, despite several follow up attempts.

I just got it in the mail roughly a week ago and super excited to try it out I've used it the last 3 days and it's super relaxing to me. I've been using it in the evening before bed and it has given me so a more relaxed mood to go to sleep. I honestly haven't had it long enough to give a true review of product. I'm hoping to come back with an update of great news😁

I’ve only started to use the product so I don’t think I can give a fair review,but I do like the way my face feels like I just had it massaged.

I placed my order months ago and still haven’t received it. I was emailed a notification claiming it was delivered, but that’s not true. Despite repeated follow-ups, the so-called ‘customer service’ team has yet to contact me.
