i have been pleased with my experience so far. I haven’t received my meds yet but they have been shipped. the process has been easy and the company is responsive .

Lumimeds is great at getting back to you promptly, which is not the case with others. I had hastily unsubscribed recently exploring other providers and quickly re-up'd! I know they are the best and I'm sticking with them

Tim was incredibly helpful to make things work for me. I am travelling for 2 months & he helped me figure out how I wouldn't have to stop taking my medications while on the trip. He gave me a timeline that works for me and even offered to put it in his calendar to remind me to not miss my deadlines in filling my meds before my trip.

He stayed on the line, walked me through each step, and confirmed that the purchase went through. Prior to that, I’d had frustrating experiences trying to access the patient portal and calling in for help. Tim resolved the issues expeditiously and left me with a great impression of the company.
