LumiMeds is quick and efficient, but also thorough. Although it’s online, I received personalized service and recommendations. I even received a text asking if I wanted to update my shipping date, since I still had meds left.

I have had good experience with everyone I have spoken to, however I find the website very difficult to navigate and still unable to get into it. I wish it were easier then what it is. You will loose many customers because of this issue. I almost gave up. So I give all human interaction 5 star however website is 2.5/5 star. Please fix this issue. ALSO It is hard to review product because I have not received it yet. Another issue is I have a tracking number but where do I go to use this number to track?

I asked a question on the dosage between the ml on the bottle and the units on the syringe because I was confused and Jay helped me out and spelled it all out super clear for me!

Week 4 after ordering and I still don’t have my medication!!!! Do not order from this company!!!!! Nothing but excuses and not one attempt to make it right!!
