Jay and Ryan were really helpful. I will say LumiMeds website is not super user friendly. It’s very confusing placing an order. I messed up but Jay very quickly helped me. Thanks again Jay!

Kaye Olores was super helpful. I tried to navigate reordering and it was confusing to me. Kaye was extremely patient and helpful in explaining what to do. I was able to place a new order with her guidance. Thank you!

I recently needed assistance navigating how to order and pay for my refill with the new portal and Jay from the help desk at lumi meds was quick to reply to my email (all of them) and walk me through the process. I feel much more secure with the process and knowing that my personal data is safe when utilizing this service.
