Charged my Card without permission as I have called and emailed numerous times to ask questions about the sign up process. But they charged my Card. They NEVER answer the phone or return emails. This is a SCAM!! UPDATED. After involving AMEX and mass posting of reviews, they did refund my entire amount. Good for them! However, once you give them your CC infor, you will becharged regardless if you get denied through their "Portal"?? Then you have to go through hours of time to get your money back. But, they did the right thing!

I was having difficulty placing my order so I contacted Lumi-med customer service they were extremely helpful and my plan has moved forward. Thank you Tim, you are the best!!!!
