I recently had to step into a UX role filling the shoes of more senior members that had moved on from our team. Since doing that, I have had several questions arise regarding setup of the platform, best practices, and overall approach to best utilizing Lucky Orange for our needs. The Lucky Orange support team has been nothing short of outstanding! My questions are always addressed within 24 hours with very useful context and a variety of options and next steps. Working for an agency, I know that platform support does not always look like this. This is why Lucky Orange is our go-to recommendation for clients looking to improve their UX and CRO!

I've been using Lucky Orange for a few months now, and I'm impressed with how much it has helped me improve my website's performance. The heatmaps are especially useful, as they allow me to see which parts of my site are getting the most attention from visitors. The session recordings are also great, as they give me a detailed look at how users are interacting with my site, allowing me to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement. I also appreciate the conversion funnels feature, which helps me track user behavior and identify any roadblocks that might be preventing visitors from completing a desired action. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions. Overall, I highly recommend Lucky Orange to anyone looking to optimize their website and improve their conversion rates. The insights it provides have been invaluable in helping me make data-driven decisions and improve my site's performance.
