I tried Lucky Orange, and I loved it. The session recordings and heatmaps are really useful for understanding how visitors interact with the site. Seeing live user sessions in real-time makes a big difference in spotting where people drop off. The interface is clean, and the insights are straightforward. Definitely a solid tool for improving conversions.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend if you are using for a Shopify store.

Our team quickly responded to your initial request for a refund and already issued a pro-rated refund for the unused time on the app while your Shopify store was closed. We are waiting for Shopify to complete the refund on their end. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over when Shopify will issue your refund, but you can contact them to request an update. Had a 15 minute on boarding call with Jordan and he was very helpful at explaining all the different features of Lucky Orange. Features such as the dynamic heat map and watching customer recordings of what visitors get up to on your website have been super insightful. Overall, love the app and it's many features!
