LostGolfBalls.comReviews of lostgolfballs.com

This place used to be a guarantee in terms of balls received matching the quality you purchased. No more, balls that are clearly 3A quality are being sent as 5A(Mint). Now as a customer I get to complete the joy and returning all of them.

Review: LostGolfBalls.com Has Serious Shipping and Support Issues The Bottom Line: While the actual golf balls I received were fine, the overall buying experience was a total headache. Between major shipping delays and a support team that completely ghosted me, the stress of dealing with LostGolfBalls.com is not worth the discount. I am done with them for good. The Core Issue: Delays and Broken Promises * Severely Late Delivery: The order took way too long to arrive, blowing past the estimated delivery window without any proactive communication from the company. * The Broken $20 Credit Promise: After I reached out to complain about the late delivery, a customer service representative did respond initially and offered me a $20 credit to make up for the bad experience. * Total Radio Silence: The major issue started after that offer. When I tried to follow up to get the credit or finalize the issue, the company went completely silent. * Ghosted for a Week: It has now been 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, a full week with absolutely zero response. They are late getting back to emails, and they completely ignore direct support messages. They Ignored a Better Deal: The most frustrating part is that I tried to work with them. Instead of taking the full $20 cash credit, I offered them a decent deal: just ship me a lower-cost box of balls instead to settle the score. They couldn't even bother to respond to a customer trying to find a win-win solution. The Final Verdict: Score: 1 out of 5 Stars If you buy from this site, pray that nothing goes wrong with your shipment. If your order is late or lost, you will be stuck in a support black hole. Offering a customer credit to smooth over a mistake and then disappearing for a week is completely unacceptable business behavior. Buy elsewhere. AI generated but pretty much nails it. The order wasn't severely late, but late and I got 3 explanations as to where my balls were. That was after a week just waiting for a response. One msg said I received them the day before 😂 and FedEx didn't even have them yet. smh

Only thing I received was my order confirmation and a charge to my PayPal account. No updates, no responses to emails. About to dispute the charges at this point.

Purchased 4 dozen mint Titleist AVX. Beware of the difference between recycled and refurbished. My 4 dozen were refurbished because of paint peeling and cracking and that’s after only a few hits. I didn’t know they refurbished by painting and putting on the Titleist logos, directional lines and numbers etc… I thought they all were recycled. Deceptive in my opinion. Will never use this company again. Again BEWARE!

I placed an order which was confirmed and I was told shipment in 2 business days via FedEx. A shipping label was first created 3 days later and then 4 days after that the order was handed off to FedEx for delivery which is now scheduled for delivery in 4 days so 11 days from order to delivery! What a scam! While the price for two dozen balls in pristine condition is equal to 1 1/2 dozen of the same brand at Dicks Sporting Goods or Amazon when all done, the savings are not worth it, especially when you get 24 balls loose in a cardboard box. Will never order from them again.

Warning! About 20% do not match the description and are significantly inferior.

I made an order over $200 that I needed for an event. Placed the order 3 days before the event and bought the guaranteed 2 day shipping. The label didn’t get created until the next day meaning my order would not be delivered in time. I tried contacting customer service for hours. Called and was told I was 1st in line then 1 minute later I was told I could leave a voicemail due to high call volume (even though I was #1 in queue) and that my call would be returned the next business day. 6 calls in a row this happened. Tried live chat. Automated system closed the chat due to a long wait time trying to find a representative. Also 6 times in a row. All I needed was to change the shipping to overnight and pay the extra fee required and have a new label printed. Now that customer service can’t help in a timely manner I won’t have my order tomorrow and my event is just screwed Sunday. LOVED this site until this.

I don’t know why the reviews are so low. This is my first time buying them. I got three orders of the taylormade TP5 mint (5A) condition balls. I spent $100 and got 36 of them where normally they cost almost $60 for 12. Nearly every single ball looks perfect. I honestly don’t even see a single scuff on them. I never write reviews either, but I felt like I needed to because when I was doing my research here, I saw a lot of bad reviews. I will be ordering from them again we’ll see how the next batch comes out.
